Ceramic coated cast iron riser tubes (also known as stalks) are an excellent alternative in situations where full ceramic risers cannot be used because of model complexity or risk of breakage.
In these conditions the ceramic coated cast iron riser tube is a strong and durable alternative. A wide selection of patterns is available.


Since these riser tubes are coated on both the in- and the outside, they do not need a wash or any other maintenance.
The ceramic coating also prevents contamination of the melt by iron and protects the riser tube from the corrosive effects of the melt.
